Constructive, Inc. was founded by David Dively in 2001 to serve the construction needs to the Alexandria community.  While working and residing in Alexandria since 1997,  David Dively realized the needs of the community and witnessed first hand the changes that were occurring, such as the Del Ray transformation.  By focusing on customer service and quality construction, Constructive, Inc. has become one of the areas top builders.   Constructive, Inc. has also been fortunate enough to retain its top notch staff from the conception of the company.
